Those two are great sales folks and would love to work with them in the future. Chris Norris is the service manager , even though they attempted to fix the truck a few times before we got fix I have to say Chris was outstanding with his customer service. He cares about his customer and wants to makes things right. I appreciate the call he made to me this morning more than anything. I trust Chris and believe he cares. Thank you too you guys!! More

New Ram 1500 Purchase Have been looking for a RAM 1500 to replace my current 2012 RAM Bighorn, that gave me 95000 trouble free miles over the past 6 years. This time I w Have been looking for a RAM 1500 to replace my current 2012 RAM Bighorn, that gave me 95000 trouble free miles over the past 6 years. This time I wanted all the bells and whistles, and was looking for a Larime 2 wheel drive and as I have a 27 ft travel trailer, wanted all the towing options to include a 32 gal fuel tank, 3.92 rear end and factory trailer brake adaptor. The truck I purchased had all these options plus had the Longhorn option which made it even more luxurious. The salesman, David Boyd, bent over backwards to make this purchase fit my budget. The process was smooth from intintal nagociations to final pickup of the truck. One of my better new vechile purchase experiences. Claude Allen More

Armen was a delight to work with and Joe made the phone call that made it all possible. Then Eddie finished the paperwork and it was painless. We met several other people there that made us feel welcome and at home. I learned that staying with a local dealership is the way to go. Thank you Joe for reaching out to us. They basically cleaned up an abused Jeep and sold it to the first naive young girl who walked in their door. When my daughter brought the Jeep in for her first oil change after the purchase( to our local mechanics), the transmission fluid was very dirty. We took it back for service and after several conversations they did a "spill and fill" for free when they should have performed a full flush. Fast forward a few months and now she needs a new transmission. Her Jeep had $29,700 miles at purchase. This is wrong. It had several other problems as well. Joe Web, the general manager said he had no knowledge of the mechanics of cars and basically could not help us. More
Horrible!! They were very unprofessional. I went to my car to leave and Mike came to my car and said my husband wanted me to come back in and that he agreed to They were very unprofessional. So I should of followed my gut instinct and left when I went to my car. Now today State Farm calls us and tell us some someone is trying use our insurance for a claim yesterday with supposedly being my husband calling it in. That's been a month ago so how would anyone have our information except Atlantic Dodge of you St. Augustine. Very unhappy with these people. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Purchasing a car is a stressful situation to begin with. Being spoken down to was totally unprofessional and unexpected. I have worked in a field where customer service is the epitome of our mission. Our second visit was completely different. We were reluctant to return for service on our vehicle. The professional, knowledgeable, kind care we received indicated to us that we had not seen the true function of the dealership. We want to thank all that were involved with the transaction of our new car purchase. (Mike, Larry, Joe). A special thanks to Armen DiFilippo. You are an asset to the dealership. You stood by the dealership encouraging us to take a "second chance". We are glad we did. More

Very Suprised I am a native of St.Augustine and pride myself on knowing locals of St.Augustine and sharing reviews whether they are good or bad. I take feedback and word of mouth of local businesses very seriously. I have always taken my vehicles there for service and never had a bad thing to say. I have always known this dealership was family owned and operated and very easy to deal with. I have sat and spoke with Travis, the manager from the service department and he highly recommended the sales staff and promised none of the extra games big dealers play. Many friends and family have bought there with great reviews, some fairly recently. What I experienced recently with Mike Holland and his manager Scott Rose was beyond stereotypical big dealer games. After the appraisal the number he came back with was 3k lower than all the research I have found. After explaining this to the sales person and getting talked to condescendingly I was asked what would make the deal happen. I said what I thought would be fair and you would have thought I punched a family member in the face. With Scott's reaction of voice raised and calling me an idiot to my face if I thought my truck was worth what I thought it was. It was embarrassing for me and belittling. I have never been treated this badly at a place of business. After looking at the reviews written for their past sales it seems like they run a tight ship. I had decided not to write a review. I would have probably wrote it off as a new sales guy with an attitude and said give them another shot and get a different sales person BUT with the manager being a part of this, I fear this place has taken a turn for the worst and felt compelled to write this. I feel anyone who goes there needs a fair warning about my experience. Sad to say but out of fear of retaliation I will remain unnamed. I will not be going back to Atlantic Dodge, nor will my friends and family More
