Excellent Car Buying Experience! 5 years ago I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Patriot from this dealership; I had an exemplary experience then, and an even better experience when buying my 5 years ago I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Patriot from this dealership; I had an exemplary experience then, and an even better experience when buying my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Lariat. Upon entering the car lot on Saturday evening, February 23rd at approximately 6:45, we were greeted by Armen Difilippo, who was eager to understand our desired vehicle and features, as well as our budget concerns. Because the dealership was closing imminently, Armen promised he would have our proposed vehicles ready at 9:30 AM the next morning when we intended to return. He was polite, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and honest. After test driving the vehicle the next morning, we fell in love with the Jeep and committed to the purchase. Since the dealership did not have the color I wanted to stock, Armen promised to have the vehicle I requested brought from another dealership by Monday. When I arrived on Monday, my paperwork was prepared, my sparkly black jeep was waxed and ready to go, and my exemplary car salesman was ready to hand me my keys. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! More

We drove 70+ miles, were in and out in 45 minutes and on our way to the beach to grab fish tacos before heading back to Gainesville. Never thought buying a car would be as much fun as yesterday turned out to be. Atlantic Dodge Found and Fixed our Problem We had a rattle in the rear of our brand new Dodge Caravan. We went to our local Dealership in Canada. They said that all Caravans with the CVP" pack We had a rattle in the rear of our brand new Dodge Caravan. We went to our local Dealership in Canada. They said that all Caravans with the CVP" package had that rattle because there was not enough insulation in that package. We have had other Dodges fixed at Atlantic before. We decided as soon as we got down to St. Augustine that we would bring it into Atlantic Dodge. They found and fixed the problem immediately. New shocks.. No rattle. In addition to knowing what to do, everyone that we interacted with was very pleasant. Thanks Atlantic Dodge you saved us hearing that loud noise. More

I needed to check recalls on our 2016 Ram 2500 which I was unable to complete before leaving for winter from the Green Bay, WI area. I was in the area of Atlantic and turned in to ask if I could get the service done in FL. My Service advisor Justin said he could get me in immediately. He got me a free rental from Hertz, a Ram pickup, no less. He subsequently noted a possible lifter problem and set up an apt in Feb to repair/replace the problem parts under the warrantee. Strangers? Not anymore! More
