Louis was very professional and kept a bad situation from becoming a terrible one. The vehicle was kept two days longer then expected because service tech blew a fuse. Fortunately we didn't need the Jeep du becoming a terrible one. The vehicle was kept two days longer then expected because service tech blew a fuse. Fortunately we didn't need the Jeep during this periond of time and the problem was solved. We had a hitch put on at a very HIGH price and I believe may have been the first one your service department ever installed. More

Took my Jeep to get serviced. Robert was awesome! Friendly and got me out under an hour. Waiting area now has comfy chairs with little tables … got some work done while waitin Robert was awesome! Worst customer service I’ve ever Had. I went in For a routine oil change and inspection. Service person left the cap off of my coolant reservoir. I did not know until two days later my je I went in For a routine oil change and inspection. Service person left the cap off of my coolant reservoir. I did not know until two days later my jeep overheated. Now I need a new engine. They refused to take responsibility and refuse to pay for my new engine that Hanania service depart is responsible for. Tom, the service department manager and Paul the general manager offered 10% off parts and 50% of labor to replace the engine. That in its of is an admission of guilt. I HAVE CONTACTED MY LAWYER!!! I would not recommend a purchase from Hannah. And I certainly would not recommend using their service department.. More
