Mr Ashley the shuttle driver is a treasure. Battery was unbelievably expensive. But you know we were there and it needed doing. Car 2021 only has 8600 miles. So, I waited all day for a warranty repair to be done. It would be better if expectations were managed. I only knew that the Jeep/Chrysler warranty letter said that the repair would take one hour. Yet, I had to call at 4pm to see of my car was ready, when I'd dropped it at 10am. Managing expectations is an important aspect of any customer relations. Waylon is very kind and a pleasure to deal with, but had I known how long my repair would take,I could have planned my day accordingly. More

Good things - the people were smiling and friendly. I got my oil changed quickly without an appointment. Waiting room was clean and pleasant. Bad thing - when I walked in the Service Manager called I got my oil changed quickly without an appointment. Waiting room was clean and pleasant. Bad thing - when I walked in the Service Manager called a meeting with all service writers (1 or 2 people) and I had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to talk to. This made me very irritated - this is not good customer service. He needs retraining on what is important. More
