Knowing we were from out of town, and knowing that we couldn't come back and get our vehicle for a week, they still had the work down fast and was completed within a day of receiving the transmission. Dealer could not repair leak in tire, so installed the full size spare but did not inflate it to proper pressure. Went in for an oil change covered by warranty. Told them I had two tires that kept getting low. They came back saying that not only did I have multiple nails in each tire but also that one, they w Told them I had two tires that kept getting low. They came back saying that not only did I have multiple nails in each tire but also that one, they weren’t repairable and that I’d have to get all 4 new tires for $1500. When I asked to see the nails they showed me one. Being suspicious I went to a tire dealer and not only did they find just that one nail, they repaired it for FREE. I have driven multiple days now with zero issues. I was told by multiple people this happens a lot. Never going back there and even reconsidering getting an entirely different vehicle soon. More
