Charged bill for over 5k, was given car back with no Freon after bringing it in for AC problems. Also, I asked them to fix the mud flap under the car that was hanging lose. I had a window regulator fail while on vacation. I found this dealer and their Service department had me back on the road within a couple of hours on a Saturday.
