Jen greeted me quickly and courteously upon arrival for an oil change. She made sure the oil package I wanted was available. As I waited in the lobby, she reported a broken windshield fluid part that attac an oil change. She made sure the oil package I wanted was available. As I waited in the lobby, she reported a broken windshield fluid part that attaches to the hood and sprays fluid. I am thankful because it needed fixed and I had forgotten to mention it.
