They spent quality time knowledgable on vehicles unrelated to the current vehicle that we were purchasing. Price was by far the best that I had seen in two months of researching. Price was too good online for me to pass up the 30 minute drive from my house. I thought the discount price was going to be too good and was looking for hidden fees or a catch. I ordered and purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee through an Affinity program sponsored by my employer - every dealer has access to this program. The pricing parameters (which include a doc fee) are very clear and specific. Atlantic was the ONLY dealer in metro Jacksonville that did not try to add a $399 to $799 dealer doc fee to the deal. Their finance person, Don Fowler, found me an excellent rate on a 60 month loan with absolutely no fuss. No pressure, no drama, no theatrics and no mystery math. Overall, this could not have been a better buying experience. I would highly recommend Atlantic to anyone in the market for a Chrysler product. It's well worth the drive to St. Augustine! More

I got exactly the vehicle I asked for, equipped exactly the way I asked at a very fair price. My trade was accepted for what I expected. I feel this was a win win situation. I got what I wanted pretty painlessly, the dealership made money (the jury is still out on the finance guy.) I'm not sure if he put one over me or not by talking me out of the 0% financing and into the rebate with 3.79%. I know he took a piece of that 3.79 for his own commission which he would not have gotten if I went with the 0% and I just hope I didn't get the crappy end of the stick on that. If I did, it would be because I didn't educate myself enough. Let the buyer beware. I contacted 4 separate dealerships and James Kellogg was by far the easiest and most pleasant internet sales manager to work with. He gave me every answer I asked for. We did the entire deal by email on the internet which is what I requested and when we met in person my original feelings about his willingness to make things happen beneficially for both of us with a positive attitude were justified. If you need a "mystery shopper" for internet sales in the future, I'd be happy to work with you. More
