Scheduled a recall item on 2018 Jeep. Parts confirmed to be at dealership. Dropped off Jeep and the get notified they don’t have the parts(used on another vehicle) Now I told it may be up Parts confirmed to be at dealership. Dropped off Jeep and the get notified they don’t have the parts(used on another vehicle) Now I told it may be up to 45 days to get parts. Nothing but total incompetence! More
