I was spending the week down in Ocean City and I decided to take a day out of the sun and do some car shopping. I am looking to buy something in 2-3 months. I normally hate to shop for cars but my experience at your dealership was the best I ever had. Mike was both extremely professional and very friendly. I felt comfortable with him within minutes of speaking to him. I was not sure what I wanted to see but Mike helped me narrow down my choices and really was concerned with what I had to say. After spending a while with Mike and test driving a Jeep, I now know what I want to get and where I want to get it when I am ready to buy in a couple of months. I would not consider buying my new car from anyone else. Mike B. is my car salesman!! I have run out of some dealerships before swearing I would never set foot in their building again but I will be back to Atlantic Chrysler Jeep very soon and want to have only Mike B. as my salesman. He is a definitel asset to your organization. He is professional, friendly, thoughtful and obviously loves his job and treats a customer the best i have ever been treated. Margaret More
May 30th 2012 I got the sad news that my old car needed a new transmission. This was something I ready knew and had been blowing off. He told me that they had many in stock and that I should come and compare models and features side by side. So that is what I did. When I arrived at the dealership, Every one was sincerely friendly and directed me to Mike. Mike is very personable and we made some small talk about my work, commute and the type of car/ features I wanted and most importantly budget. He pulled out a Beautiful Jetta, we took it for a test drive. I loved the car but... I was shopping by myself and couldn't possible make a major purchase without including my loving husband in the process. He offered to let me extend my test drive to home overnight, I declined but it was nice to have the option. My whole experience was outstanding, low key and straight forward. Michael Baumert is less of a car salesman and more like a facilitator of new transportation and I deeply appreciate the help he provided me in purchasing my new car and would highly recommend him. Came to dealership to look at advertised car. I had heard bad things about this place but the deal online seemed to good to not look at. Buyer beware I guuess. I will definetly let anyone know who asks not to bother with this place. More

When I took delivery, Brian took the time to go through the operation of the features and made sure I was comfortable with them. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking for a Jeep. More
My wife and I were shopping for two new cars and after contacting several dealerships, we decided to purchase at Atlantic. I emailed them what I was looking to purchase and what I had to spend. I was asking for a lot, but they seemed to be willing to try and work something out. They really did bend over backwards to meet my numbers and allow us to drive away in our two new cars at very good prices. Karl Israel was our salesman who patiently bounced around the lot with us as we were deciding colors and features. He was patient and was able to answer our questions and even now we can call him at any time for any follow up questions we have. He was not overly pushy and always friendly. He is everything you would want in a salesman. Mike Spector was the sales manager who worked with us. He as friendly, professional and worked hard to make us the best possible deal. Finally, there as Mike Guido , the General Manager who stepped in at the end when the numbers just were not lining up. He asked us how far apart we were and simply told us that he would make it happen. He did and we purchased. I also should mention Darnell and Jon P who answered my e mails before my visit and gave me the service and assurances necessary to even get me to come to their lot. Unlike others, they read what I wrote and assured me they would be able to work out a deal. More

My story is a looong one, so I’ll try keep it short. I had a Chrysler 300M prior to this purchase. I have been ready to buy a new 2012 300C since last September 2011. I was looking to order the car, but there just really wasn’t enough info available about the 2012’s yet. I worked with about 7 Chrysler dealerships in South Jersey and as far north as Trenton over the last 7-8 months and Atlantic Auto Group impressed me the most. Darnell of their internet sales group was extremely courteous, professional, and informative. He won my business initially. When I walked on the lot, Karl Israel came over to introduce himself. I spent about 2.5 hours with Karl that night. I was looking for a very specific car and it looked like I would need to order it. AWD’s with Safety Tec and the 19 Speaker System are still not that common. But Karl Israel found my car in Northern Connecticut on a Thursday. They could not get a car-carrier truck to get the car to South Jersey on Friday, so Karl drove 4.5 hours to the Connecticut dealer, picked up the car and drove MY car home to me. He was on the road 8+ hours on Friday to deliver my car to me. I went into the dealership at 9 am on Saturday morning and made the purchase. Not many salesmen would have done what Karl did that day. He won my business. He’s respectful, diligent, courteous, resourceful and professional. I drove my car home with a big smile on my face and a deep level of appreciation for Karl and the Atlantic Auto Group. Great group of professionals… Craig Parker More
This is the third car I've gotten through this dealership and I have always been satisfied. This time my Sales Consultant Brian Dunlevy was fantastic. This is my third Dodge, and I am very impressed with the mileage i can get with this car. the people at Atlantic Auto Group in EHT are very friendly and take their time and answer any questions you might have pertaining to my car. I just had an oil change,tires rotated, everything checked out, etc. and this was all done in about an hour. My overall experience with Atlantic Auto Group in EHT, and Brian Dunlevy especially, was a very good one. I live in North Jersey and do not mind travelling down to South Jersey to have my car checked out through Atlantic Auto Group in EHT because I am made to feel like they really care about you and your car. James was very patient as he worked with us and his managers to keep financing costs comparable to what we were paying on our 2009 T & C. We wished it could have been lower but for the additional smal managers to keep financing costs comparable to what we were paying on our 2009 T & C. We wished it could have been lower but for the additional small investment we got a brand new 2012 T & C with many upgrades standard over the 2009 van. It has more features on it than we would have preferred but most people who buy T & C are in the market for a family vehicle (think "soccer moms") whereas we (seniors) just prefer the van for its comfortable "high" ride, easy in and out and moveable space for when we do have additional adults and/or grandchildren in the van. Because of those upgraded features, James spent considerable time making sure we understood how to work everything and he also set up the blu-tooth "U-Connect" feature for us. He's a very pleasant young man and we hope he continues to have a productive future with Atlantic Auto Group. And since this is the second van we have purchased from Atlantic Auto, having relocated from northern NJ with a 2006 T & C, we need to say that Rob Jakos in the service department is excellent - don't let him go! A good service department is the key to keeping your customers satisfied AFTER purchasing a vehicle. More
This is the second VW TDI that I have purchased from Atlantic. The first one was for my wife and the second was for me. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted when I went there for the first time to loo Atlantic. The first one was for my wife and the second was for me. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted when I went there for the first time to look at the cars. I knew that I wanted a TDI but that was it. I was fortunate enough to be greeted by James Hannan while I was wandering around on the lot. He asked me if I wanted to take a car for a test drive and I wasn't really planning on it but I happily accepted his offer to take a Passat Automatic for a spin. Then we sat down and I left unsure knowing what I wanted exactly. A couple of weeks went by and I called James and told him exactly what I wanted, and I was very particular with the details. A couple of weeks later James called and said "I found your car" he told me the price and we finalized it. I don't enjoy the car buying process but James made this the easiest car that I ever bought. No games just honest effort on his part. He listened to what I wanted and he found me the exact car that I was looking for. I mean exactly with no exaggeration what I was looking for. As a business owner myself, James is a true asset to any organization and Atlantic is fortunate to have him on their team as a sales person. I love my 2012 TDI Jetta Wagon and I have James to thank for getting me the model that I wanted and paying attention to the details of what I told him. Thank you James. More
