My wife and i went there to buy a second car because our car broke . We were greeted by Anderson who was very nice and professional. I had a trad-in with some issues. I saw a vehicle on the lot online. Branden Franco listened to my story and went right into action. My husband and I had a great experience leasing our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Atlantic was the first and only dealership we visited. There was no reason to go anywhere else. Our salesperson, Neil Gruber, wa Jeep Grand Cherokee. Atlantic was the first and only dealership we visited. There was no reason to go anywhere else. My experience with Atlantic Auto started out great (on line) but went down hill after I arrived at the dealership to test drive the car. The Salesman Karl was very friendly, and knowlegable, however I was line) but went down hill after I arrived at the dealership to test drive the car. The Salesman Karl was very friendly, and knowlegable, however I was disapointed to find the car had 5,000 more miles on the odomiter then advertised, this was concerning as the car only had 25,000 miles on it. After the test drive we went into the dealship to talk about the car, but before I knew it Karl had brought in the sales manager to close the deal (I specifily told Karl I didnt want to be pressured into buying a car the same day!). The sales manager did his job, he was told i was buying a car for my daughter and put the pressure on me to buy the car that night. I didn't have time to reserch the car so i asked him how much the car sold for new and he told me it sold in the mid $20,000's (however the car listed for less then 18k per the original Dealers sales sticker we found in the glove box when we got the car home). Not wanting to disappoint my daughter and paying what i was willing to spend I agreed to buy the car (shame on me). They wanted to make the sale so bad the manager had the salesman Karl follow me home to get a check. They did their job and sold a car, good for them! The next day when I had time to check things out I noticed the original sales sticker in the glove box (folded up in the owners manuel) and compared it to the sticker they had on the vehicle when I bought it, it was amazing, three years later the car had actually gone up in value! I also noticed the oil change sticker showed the car had 4,500 miles on the oil,(thats why you never buy a car on the same day and especially not at night) I ended up having to change the oil myself. Shame on me for buying a car that needs an oil change! In closing I would say my daughter loves the car, and that Karl Isreal is a really great guy that I would buy a car from again if he worked at a dealership that understands how to build a relationship with trust and doesnt feel the need to deceive and pressure their customers for a quick sale. The real sale would have been the new car i buy for myself next month when I get my bonus. More

There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Karl was and how lucky this dealership is to have him. Atlantic is the best dealership I have ever been to. If you can imagine a car dealership being a no pressure, friendly, environment, Atlantic is the place and i didn't even purchase a car this time around. Karl an his team proved to me that finding what the customer wants is key to a successful business. For 2 days Karl hustled to get me into a potential car I wanted and that I could afford. And tho I may feel terrible for not buying one this time around Karl was understanding and promised to keep in touch and that when the time is right, he would be ready to assist me again with the same effort and determination. The whole experience was excellent and we felt we received great value in our lease. Helping with the lease was Chuck Musoro and Matt in finance who were terrific. The General Manager Mike Guido came out and met us and gave us his personnel business card and phone number and said if he could help us in anyway in the future please call him. I would give Fran, the staff and the entire dealership my highest recommendation. More

Branden Franco made buying a car a comfortable experience. He new about the cars, inventory and was able to access my needs. I felt no pressure like you do at some places.
