From the first meeting with Joe, he was very knowledgable about the vehicles and even though the first time or two we went to him, he knew we were shopping - and not ready to purchase. He was very patient and not pushy, which to us is a turn-off, Joe would keep in contact with us when vehicles that he thought we would be interested in came on the lot. When I went into the dealership, Fran DiOrio assisted me in finding a car that perfectly matched my needs. Fran and his team were awesome! While I was there, I was able to tell that the management is doing a fantastic job, by seeing how much every single employee enjoys their job. Fran was very knowledgeable. And when I asked him a question that he didn't know the answer to, he told me he didn't know, but he will go find out the answer. And he did, he politely excused himself and came back with an answer. I have been to a few dealerships, where I could tell the sales person did not know the answer and they would make an answer up. Another thing I noticed about Fran, was he is extremely organized and he does an excellent job at protecting my personal information, which is something I value in a dealership.
