I had a great experience with Atlantic VW. Upon arriving, "Franco" greeted me like a friend. He was up-beat, polite, and most important-NOT PUSHY. He was not wasting my time presenting me with vehicles that I was not interested in. He friend. He was attentive to the time I spent there offering me coffee He spent about 7 hours with me from start to finish, patiently. He presented me with differing option about my car of choice and did not give up on my search for "what I wanted to purchase". He admitted when he did not know answers to my questions and made sure to get the answers by reliable sources. After the sale was made, he even drove my car home so that I take delivery of my new car that very night. If you want to be treated like a person and not a "dollar bill commission"---by all means ask for Franco!!! More

We did shop at one other dealership, however we ended up searching for a new or used jeep liberty at your location. Neil Gruber assisted us and answered all our questions in a very efficient manner. We have not purchased a new vehicle within the last 15 years and Neil made the whole process very easy. We ended up buying an 2012 jeep liberty that same day and are very happy with the vehicle and whole shopping experience. Since our purchase we have had a couple of transactions with the parts and service dept getting upgrades and accessories, I must say that they are also very pleasant and efficient in processing all our purchases, Thank you very much, be back soon. This past Monday I walked into Atlantic Auto Group. Three things: 1) My husband was there looking to trade in his car for one that would give him a lower monthly payment. 2) I was NOT planning on buy Three things: 1) My husband was there looking to trade in his car for one that would give him a lower monthly payment. 2) I was NOT planning on buying a car being that I was perfectly happy with my current car also bought at Atlantic Auto Group five years ago. 3) I had vowed NEVER to go back to Atlantic after the way I had been treated when buying my volkswagen five years ago. With all that said, I walked into an entirely different experience than what I went through before. My husband was finalizing his deal with Joe Q when I came in. Joe Q. was extremely friendly, professional, and not once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I test drove the car I wanted (a 2013 VW Tiguan), fell in love of course, and then braced myself for the moment I was dreading--the part when we sit down and haggle. The part when all the back and forth between the finance personnel and the salesperson makes your head about to explode. I told him what I could handle for a car payment (no more than what I was paying monthly with my other vw.), and within minutes he made it happen. Without going into too much detail, with my current credit/debt situation, I was stunned. The process was quick, there was minimal going back and forth between me and Mike in the finance department, and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Joe Q and Mike in the finance department worked together to make this happen for me (and without making me feel like I was someone not worthy of their time, the way I was made to feel five years ago in the very same place). Atlantic Auto Group provided not only a positive experience for me, but they completely restored my faith in not only their dealership, but my whole view on the car buying process. I don't break vows normally, but I am really happy I did in this case. I really appreciate everything Joe Q. and the rest of the staff at Atlantic Auto Group did for me. It's been three days since I drove off the lot and Joe Q. has been quick to answer any questions I have had and has also followed up with me a few times to see how things are going. Thanks for the car, Joe (and your crackers!). More
I recieved excellent service as soon as I walked in to the dealership. I had an appointment to look at a specific Jeep. Mr. Franco allowed me to look at the vehicle and went for a test drive. I came into Atlantic Auto Group looking for a new car everyone there was so nice and helped me out in every way possible. I started out Emailing with the internet manager about a car I was interested in before I drove the 2.5 hours down to the dealership. I didn't want to waste my time (or gas!) if I was way off the mark on pr car I was interested in before I drove the 2.5 hours down to the dealership. I didn't want to waste my time (or gas!) if I was way off the mark on pricing for the car etc.. I was told everything seemed fair via Email so I took the drive down. When I got there I was greeted with familiarity and Chuck the sales manager knew what vehicle I was there to see. I was introduced to Anderson.. who is the most friendly, outgoing and honest salesperson I've ever met. By the time we finished test driving the car we felt like we knew him forever. I highly recommend requesting Anderson if you ever go by there to buy a car. Once we started negotiating price etc.. they of course did what every dealership is required to do try to get you to pay retail for the vehicle, but they weren't pushy or unfair. It only took me telling them once that this is what I want for my trade in and this is what I want to pay for the car (Which were very fair numbers to both of us). Chuck came out and approved everything I wanted and I drove away with the car. This was definately the least stressful car purchase I've ever made. Mike the financial manager matched the price I saw somewhere else for my extended warranty and also went out of his way making phone calls etc.. to help me get refunded for the extended warranty that I had on my trade in. After leaving the dealership I called Chuck to let him know that I still needed the 2nd key to the car. (It was a used car only turned in with 1 key.. Retail price $300 for the remote and key if I had to get my own made). He assured me that he will be ordering my key. Two days later I received a phone call from Mike the service manager telling me my key was in. I drove the 2.5 hours back down to get the key programmed to the car. While I was there I asked Mike the Service Manager to please take a look at the car because it had a shimmy to it when driving at a higher speed and also when braking. He took the car in, programmed my key, replaced the front rotors on the car, balanced the tires, updated the transmission software, had the car washed and vacummed and wished me a good day.. I didnt have to pay anything for the repairs.. nor was I expected to pay for anything since I only had the car for a week.. All in all.. I highly recommed these guys.. They were professional and friendly from beginning to end. When I am ready for another car purchase, I will definately be coming back here.. 2.5 hour drive or not.. it was worth it. More

I was looking for town and counties for about a week and went to sevral dealers before going to atlantic I had dealt with a young salesman at first and He was nice and friendly. Then thye next day I came back and was still going to be looking and was not sure if I was even going to buy a car from atlantic. then Karl took over and was very hounest and knowagable about the dealership and the van I was looking at he took a lot of time with me and whent above and beoned what a salesman should do by following up with me that night and then next day and making sure i was happy with eventhing and told me I could call him day and night id I needed him. I will be refering people that I know vto him to buy a car from now on to give people a positive experiance of buying a car.
