Went to another nearby dealership earlier in the day, Sport Hyundai, and was met with a salesman who looked bothered on his cigarette break. Recieved attitude and absolutely ZERO customer service. So I left in a hurry and drove down the road to these guys. They welcomed us instantly! I dealt mainly with Rich Baxter. He was friendly, informative, patient and did a fantastic job understanding our needs and getting us what we wanted! I left the dealership with a nice floor model VW Passat and it's exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a little human decency and friendly disposition when making a huge financial decision like a vehicle purchase! More

The service department is great. I like sitting in that wait area as they are fun to listen to. But they are also very helpful. I used to get coupons though and I don’t anymore.
