Just recently bought a certified used 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Vroom and went in for a service. I was hearing a whistling noise coming from the engine bay so being that it was a newer nice car I thought I br from Vroom and went in for a service. I was hearing a whistling noise coming from the engine bay so being that it was a newer nice car I thought I bring it in to the dealership to be serviced l. The first day I dropped it off the service rep at the front desk jokingly said "it's gonna be about five days!". Six hours later I get a call saying the noise miraculously disappeared and there's no fault ,I had to drive to the dealership myself start the car and verify the fault for these boys in person. Not jokingly it took about five days for them to verify it was the water pump ,order it, and install it. I remained patient and didn't blow there lines up the whole time I was getting serviced. So I finally pick the car up thankfully the service was covered under my 5,000 mile warranty. Now I can't be 100% positive but this is my review and my opinion but about 4 days later my dash lights up like a Christmas tree for traction control and brake fluid low but my fluid is fine ,and I remember that they worked on a recall (brake boosters) while the car was being serviced. So I make another appointment and I'm told it's a brake fluid sensor ,and it's conveniently not covered under my warranty ,so I shell out the 145$ for the diagnostic and pick my car up before they decide they what else should go faulty on my vehicle. Don't trust these people they smile in your face but will have you running laps back into the service center with your vehicle, I guess they didn't like a black man coming and breaking down barney style where the fault on my vehicle was I speculate they don't make full commission on vehicle services covered by service warranties so they like to play dirty. More

You could really do a better job of keeping customers informed….car was there for six days…that’s all right, waiting for parts…but texts, emails as to status would be appreciated.. took my other car, Ni informed….car was there for six days…that’s all right, waiting for parts…but texts, emails as to status would be appreciated.. took my other car, Nissan Rogue, to Walmart for an oil change …received texts when in shop and completed … Nice!! Also, not sure why I was told that my VW needed new front wipers…I just replaced them two months ago with premium BOSCH wipers …. If I wasn’t paying attention that would be another $40-50 on my bill!!! Maybe a quick vacuum, wash down would be appreciated too….this is my fourth VW vehicle from this dealership, car was dusty inside. More
Excellent interpersonal communication. Friendly helpful service staff is always moving quickly with smiles and enthusiasm. Out in the shop, you could use more mechanics. My particular warranty repair should have taken 2 hours, instead I dropped the car off early Friday morning and it wasn't finished until late Saturday afternoon. More
