Absolute worst experience ever. Car taken in for a Absolute worst experience ever. Car taken in for a simple oil change. Arrive 5 minutes before our appointment. Told it will be a few hours befo Absolute worst experience ever. Car taken in for a simple oil change. Arrive 5 minutes before our appointment. Told it will be a few hours before we can be seen due to a Christmas party. We leave. It took 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone. Hit 0 for operator and you get voicemail Hit 1 for sales you get a guy in Cherry Hill Hit 2 for Service. Put on hold immediately. Hit 3 for parts. They answer but will do nothing but transfer you back to voicemail. After being on hold for 25 yes 25 minutes I get a manager. Talks us into returning. HUGE MISTAKE. Told the car needs a software update. Not told how long that will take. Our 1PM appointment ends at 4:45. They admit to not telling us the software update will take more than an hour and a half. That's AFTER the oil change. They knew it would be at least an hour but failed to inform us. A software update that was not needed at that moment. Now we have missed 2 other appointments. And will be late for a 3rd. All because of the complete lack of competent communication between staff and a customer. Go there if you enjoy being treated as if your time isn't nearly as valuable as theirs. More
