Dealership has had my truck for over three weeks and charged me $3800 and has not fixed anything that I brought it in for. Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light, rough idle, shaky acceleration and no cold air in A/C. After a $1,400 evaporator replacement to finally fix my A/C (after not addressing it for the first 2 1/2 weeks it was there), engine is still shaky, light still on and I feel taken advantage of. Now they are suggesting a whole engine replacement on top of the $2,400 they used to essentially fix nothing. Terrible experience for myself and my family as they had me without my work vehicle so I couldn’t earn any income during this whole time as they dragged their feet “servicing” my truck. Additionally they were never receptive to calls, empathetic to my situation, nor did they return calls or address concerns in a timely manner. Whole reason I took my truck to a dealership was to avoid the above problems as they’re usually associated with small time shops, but was mistaken as I would never bring any vehicle here to get serviced in the future, purchase any new vehicles, or tell anyone to go here for either. I had a warranty issue on my shifter. It took a few days for the part to come in. Steve Torelli kept me well informed on the status of the car which I chose to leave at the shop. I was told it would be ready by Wednesday or Thursday. The car was fixed late on Tuesday which I opted to pick up on Wednesday morning. The repair was done properly. Steve's customer service was exceptional. Al, your shuttle driver, took me home and then came back to Ocean City to return me to your dealership when my Grand Cherokee was fixed. Al was a pleasure to chat with during my 2 trips with him. Thank you to you and your staff for the excellent and professional service. More
