Seems like you are still defending your POOR behavior as a customer service manager — a customer should never have to feel the way I did calling in and asking for updates and needing explanations after your certified mechanics did not do a full job on the car and sent me on my way where I could of done further damage to my vehicle. Like we discussed before, RICK did not wanna hear what we OR our mechanic thought on the issue without YOUR mechanics looking and diagnosing the problem themselves. Stop with defending Rick and start owning your own unprofessional, antagonistic behavior MEGHAN- at least VINNY apologized, was calm and seemed sincere with the ordeal we had to endure not just with the car but with you and Rick- and last I checked driving UNDER 10 miles is not an “extended time” so stop with the excuses.
