Jesse from Atlantic Chevrolet reached out to me regarding my survey. It should be noted that it was a gentlemen whose name I don’t remember that presented the information regarding my truck and the antifreeze situation. Jesse was concerned and was professional when she reached out. She offered positive solutions to solving the issues I have, because I’m currently in another state for a few weeks I will have the service performed here. Jesse asked that I let her know what was done to correct the problem. I appreciate her concerns and look forward to working with her again in the future.
