To say I am disappointed with this dealership is an understatement. I brought my 2024 Chevy Trax in a couple weeks ago to get the recall fixed. A couple hours after I dropped it off I got a phone call understatement. I brought my 2024 Chevy Trax in a couple weeks ago to get the recall fixed. A couple hours after I dropped it off I got a phone call from the dealership telling me that a technician had crashed my car and damaged the paint and the rear bumper. They tell me I have to pick up my car that day and come back a week later to drop it off and pick up a rental car. I go in a week later to pick up the rental car and the woman tells me my car will be ready Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday comes and I still don’t hear anything from the dealership. I call them and apparently the person I was working with left the company. Another representative calls me back AN HOUR later to tell me my car won’t be ready until Saturday. Come Saturday, I go pick up my car and it looks awful. The Atena is broken off the top, the bumper wasn’t even replaced it was sanded down and painted over with the worst material and paint job I’ve ever seen. They got white paint all over my black bumper and black Chevy logo on the back of my car. My husband tells them they are going to have to replace the bumper because we are not leaving with it looking like that. They tell us it looks fine, after arguing with them for 30 minutes, they finally say they have a bumper they can replace it with and they will do it for me today. So we leave with the rental car hoping to come back later that day to get my car, just for them to call me and tell me they won’t have a bumper until next Friday for me. So NOW I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my car back. Completely horrible communication, horrible service, rude, unhelpful and I empathetic employees. This wasn’t my fault, THEY crashed my car and they keep continuing to inconvenience me. An absolute disgrace. More

I wish I could a give zero stars! ! Terrible terrible terrible experience. Extremely poor customer service. I brought my car in on Monday to find out why it was smoking from the hood. ! Terrible terrible terrible experience. Extremely poor customer service. I brought my car in on Monday to find out why it was smoking from the hood. They kept my car for 2 days and told me nothing was wrong. I picked up my car and the next morning my car was still smoking. I brought my car back to them and Megan proceeded to tell me that the smoke could be from the cold weather outside. I was not leaving with that answer because it made absolutely no sense. There was no way my car was smoking from the hood because of the cold weather. She made it seem like I was lying about the smoke. Like I have nothing better to do but make up imaginary issues with my car. She was completely clueless but instead of listening to the customer she decided to make up bogus reasons as to why my car would be smoking. The technician checked my car and confirmed that it was smoking due to a leak in my radiator. He then told me that he never even had a chance to look at my car when I brought it the first time. They only drive it around. They did nothing with it. He apologized for the miscommunication they had going on. When I went in to get paperwork to start the repair. Rick was very cold and did not apologize for giving me back my car without fixing it the first time. The technician even came in and told him that he made a mistake by releasing the car without having him check it first. Rick did not even look me in my eyes. His attitude was so nonchalant and rude. He just shoved some paperwork for me to sign in my face. I asked him several times if my warranty would cover it and if there would be any fees. He said no. They did give me a loaner car and I got a call later that afternoon that my car was done but they would need to test drive it overnight and someone would give me a call the next day. I was ok with that, but the next afternoon came and I never got a call so I called them. They told me to come in and that they were doing the paperwork. When I got there no paperwork was even started yet. So I had to wait once again. Meghan is the one who told me to come pick it up but when I got there the paperwork wasn’t ready. Meghan claimed she fixed the problem by giving us a loaner but I explained to her that I was told my car was ready. So at this point I shouldn’t have had to go back and forth to the car dealer if they claimed my car was ready. Loaner or not I had no time for them to keep giving me the run around. Meghan proceeded to say how busy they were yet there was no one else in the waiting room. Rick finally finished the paperwork and once again offered no apology for taking his sweet time and giving me the run around. Then he tells me I have a $100 deductible with my warranty. I had no problem with there being a deductible but I asked him several times if there would be any fees and he never mentioned it. Meghan and Rick have terrible, horrible atrocious customer service skills. Read the other bad reviews there are plenty of them and now I see that it is for a reason. I will never go to this Chevy service center again. Ever. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this location. Save yourself the aggravation. More

We had a great experience with them specially Kimberly she was so nice she went over and beyond. She made sure our purchase went smoothly. Bought my Cadillac SRX to this dealership for a “service rear axel” warning. The “certified mechanics” diagnosed a faulty axel pump, charged me $1800 dollars, replaced the pump, supposedly road tested the v rear axel” warning. The “certified mechanics” diagnosed a faulty axel pump, charged me $1800 dollars, replaced the pump, supposedly road tested the vehicle, and told me I was good to drive the car home and on a planned 12 hour road trip that same weekend. However, less than 10 miles after driving my car home from the dealership the SAME “service rear axle” warning appeared. Bought the car back to the dealership and this time the car was diagnosed by the “certified mechanics” with a transfer case / rear differential issue. When I asked for a loaner, I was advised they do not have loaners. Importantly, not one ounce of empathy was given by the “service advisor” whom had just assured me the car was completely fixed and good to drive on a 12 hour trip the very next day. When I then called to talk with a “customer service manager” to explain what transpired, I was met with a confrontational, combative, condescending employee who again showed no empathy. When I asked if I could switch my service advisor due to the uncomfortable and non-professional conversations I experienced, I was told “I wouldn’t be able to switch a hair stylist mid way through a hair cut”. She touted how people drive from the Hamptons and Manhattan to have their car serviced here and last but not least told me that “in a perfect world I would have a loaner for you but this is not a perfect world”. Just a HORRIBLE customer service experience. When i finally picked my car up almost 3 weeks later - I received some empathy from the “customer service director” however, NOTHING has been done to remedy / correct the horrible experience. This shop received over $6000 dollars for my car repairs and yet the employees treated me like they were doing the work for free. Not only will I not be taking my car here for service again- I will be telling my friends and family and will also not be purchasing any future vehicles from this location due to the poor customer service. More
