Rick Baldwin in the service department has taken my truck in for service twice now and kept it the entire day both times and both times my truck has not been worked on. They know what has to be done, they ha in for service twice now and kept it the entire day both times and both times my truck has not been worked on. They know what has to be done, they have the part as they ordered it back in October, and both times I brought my truck in when the service department opened. There is no excuse as to why my truck has not been worked on. Very dissatisfied with the service and Rick's lack of professionalism when it comes to customer satisfaction. More
