Completely dissatisfied I was very displeased with my trip to this dealership Friday. I made an appointment to see a 2017 Chevrolet Express Passenger Van. Upon my arrival, I was very displeased with my trip to this dealership Friday. I made an appointment to see a 2017 Chevrolet Express Passenger Van. Upon my arrival, a helpful gentleman greeted me and was able to look up my appointment details. When he went to look for the vehicle he came back stating that the “used car manager took the vehicle to go to a wedding.” I came to the dealership to see this certain vehicle, which was a complete waste of my time. The dealership knew I was interested in the vehicle based upon my emails and when I scheduled a time Friday to come in, it should have indicated I was coming to see that vehicle. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience as I traveled all the way from Queens NY (it took my fiancée and I over an hour to get there) I am in the market for this certain vehicle, but will not be coming back to this dealership because of the experience I had Friday. Questionable sales practices!! I saw this Certified 2015 Cad CTS V Sport listed on several web sites (Autotrader, GM Certified Cars, and Atlantic's own web site). Called on Monday, I saw this Certified 2015 Cad CTS V Sport listed on several web sites (Autotrader, GM Certified Cars, and Atlantic's own web site). Called on Monday, spoke with Paul, he told me he would get back to me shortly, no response, Called again on Tuesday, once again he said he would get back to me shortly, no response, Finally, on Wednesday evening he calls back (appears car and keys were missing). Was told since I wasn't financing the car through them I would have to pay a 3% cash fee ($1,000. more), In addition I would have to pay their application fee ($695. more). Since I don't live in NY, I would register the car myself, was told there were reg fees (87.50 more), Now comes the best part when I received the purchase agreement it states the car is not Certified,.. Told him the online ads all state the car is Certified (even their own web site)... He then tells me there is an additional charge for Certification.. Incredibly sleazy sales tactics, More
