I visited 2 other Toyota dealers in the local area before coming to Toyota of Atlanta. I had been studying the Tacoma for a few years now and i was pretty picky with my needs, a V6 mated to a 6SPD manual tr coming to Toyota of Atlanta. I had been studying the Tacoma for a few years now and i was pretty picky with my needs, a V6 mated to a 6SPD manual transmission, which can be pretty rare it seems. The first dealer told me i would pay more for a manual transmission and that i could only obtain it in the X-runner trim. I knew this was false information, and i felt this was a tactic to push me to take an automatic off his lot. I really felt i knew more about the tacoma than him. Although, i did get a fair trade value for my Jeep, i was not content for the fact that they had priced me up with a model on paper that i wasn't even sure which one i had looked at. No good. And no ATX for me. Next dealer couldn't match the trade value, but had a decent deal on a '12 Tacoma. But i really didn't feel a so called "relationship" with the sales rep. Or i suppose no bonding between humans.. On top of that, they would have to had trailer the new vehicle in. So low balling the trade + i can't physically see the new vehicle. No good. But when i spoke to Mano at Toyota Atlanta, for some reason i felt peace from the first few phone calls. Found an '11 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road manual transmission 4wd. Got what i felt a pretty decent deal, and a decent trade for what i had. No pressure, not one bit at all. I was ready to walk out the door with my offer, and they finally met it. Good vehicle, detailed before i drove off.. I would happily do business again with this dealership. A++. Deal with Mano.. Very nice person, very professional, and a sense of humor. Thanks. More
Joe really knows his stuff when it comes to rebates and financing deals. Called him to verify information given to me by another Toyota dealer that we were using prior to switching over Atlanta Toyota.they financing deals. I felt that dealing with Ed was a pleasure. He was responsive with my initial emails, and while the dealership did not have exactly what I wanted when I first got there, Ed went above and beyond to ma responsive with my initial emails, and while the dealership did not have exactly what I wanted when I first got there, Ed went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. We left another well known dealership MUCH closer to us because of the high pressure environment. Ed and Kevin were VERY patient. Chris miller is by far the best individual I have ever dealt with when looking to buy a vehicle. He was extremely honest and up front. Everything that he said he would do he did. I was on the at the union city Toyota last Thursday and was pressured and pushed around on 3 salesman. I wish others could learn a lot from Mr. Miller and how to handle business. I definitely will recommend others to contact Chris. I passed many Toyota dealers in between Newnan and Duluth and I am glad I did. I am very very happy with my new Tacoma and the deal. Chris is the best and I really am glad I got to work with him. Mario was very diligent and thorough as we had to get the paper work done. We needed to be in Kennesaw at 2 and he not only answered our questions but got us out in plenty of time. He laid out my options and made sure I understood them before we were done. I cannot speak for every salesman and how they are at Atlanta Toyota but I know Chris is the best I have dealt with at any dealership. More
These guys are GREAT. Dealt with Daniel Mac, told him what we wanted and he found it. My wife and I wanted a Rav-4, but figured there was no way we could get one in the price range we wanted especially what we wanted and he found it. They had exactly what we wanted and in our price range. Which was not very large range. Daniel was awesome, could not have asked for more. When we went to finance even the finance reps were helping us out and throwing in extras. Would not recomend another dealer. Go see these guys first and save yourself the headache of the other dealers. I wish we would have went here first and when the time comes for another car purchase, this is where we will be. More

The Internet Sales Department at Atlanta Toyota was awesome, and I will never again buy a car from a dealership who does not have a separate internet department. They cut to the chase and offered me their lowest price right out of the gate. No haggling required, and I already had a price well below MSRP and well below Edmund's "True Market Value". They worked with me to get the car I wanted with the features I wanted for a price I could live with. More
