Thanks for making the car buying experience easy. I looked at serveral other dealerships, including another Toyota dealership, and this one stood out. Not high pressure, direct & honest sales, and willing to work with you over email and phone. They gave me their best price without a bunch of crazy haggling. I drove 20 miles to do business with them rather than another Toyota dealership that was 2 miles from my home. This is how car buying should be. Nice job! More
I came to Atlanta Toyota this month after recently purchasing a Camry from one of their competitors. I had gotten such bad service from the other dealership that I was desperate. I was introduced to Bryan Mayfield, who without hesitation went right to work addressing my problems, even though I had never spent one dime at Atlanta Toyota. Bryan introduced me personally to every department whose services I needed. Within 2 days, Bryan had everything corrected with my Camry that I had been trying to address at the other dealership for the past month. I have been driving 35 miles to service my Lexus and 2 Camrys, because of the excellent service I have received the past 8 years from my maintenance crew in Marietta. I am so blessed to have found a new team in Duluth at Atlanta Toyota where I will go for all of my service and sales needs. Thank you Bryan Mayfield and Atlanta Toyota. DocKnight More
After purchasing a 2012 Camry, from Atlanta Toyota, I began to experience acceleraration problems, which worsened over time, and presented a very dangerous safety issue. After consulting Toyota headquarters, and advising Toyota's service representitive,further resolution was needed, and expected from dealership management. The dealership GM, [Brian Mayfield], after several voicemails left, and various requests to speak with him, through both Service and Sales staff yielded no response, correspondence, or any personal effort to act. Any input on that level, would have surely resolved any issue both to the satisfaction of both customer and servicer alike. It is unconscionable, that in a customer service oriented industry, that indifference should be demonstrated on such a high level. The slogan that they promote, 'do the right thing', certainly was not practiced in this scenario. A formal complaint was also filed with Toyota Corperate. I would definitely NOT recommend Atlanta Toyota, for any 'after the point of sale' service. More
I identified my vehicle of choice via online. Soon there after I was contacted via email by the saleman, Ed Holt. When my financing fell through with my credit union, Ed put me in contact with his loan offi after I was contacted via email by the saleman, Ed Holt. The next day I was there by 1045hrs and out in my new Camry by 1215hrs headed home. More
We worked with salesman, Stephen Oliphant and finance manager Mario G. Everyone spoke, greeted, thanked us. We have been very satisfied with our experience, service, and visit there. We drove 4.5 hours away to buy our Sienna and with the excellent service we got, the drive there or back didn't seem like a long drive. Every detail of this dealership and their employees was beyond the best of what we imagined. We will definitely be going back to buy our next vehicle whether it be for myself or my fiance...a BIG thanks to Stephen for working so hard to get us what we wanted and where and a BIG thanks to Mario for getting our deal done! I did not plan to be shopping for a car over the holidays, but my Subaru tanked and I found myself in the market for either a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. Since my holiday vacation plans had me in Daytona Beach and Atlanta, I interviewed several dealers in both locations. From the get go, John Philappeaux at Atlanta Toyota was clearly a professional. We communicated by email and phone, and he was always available. He provided timely, accurate information in writing. He answered my questions thoroughly. John is an excellent salesperson, and compared to the other Toyota dealerships I spoke with, it was an easy decision to work with him. During our meeting at the dealership, John was attentive and respectful. I did not feel patronized or pressured. It was a business conversation and his manager, Chris, was brought into the discussion at exactly the right time. After we negotiated a deal, the purchasing process at Atlanta Toyota was seamless, efficient and professional. Susan Rios, director of finance, was outstanding and answered all my questions. When my ride to the dealership to pick up my car fell through, John quickly arranged to pick me up from the Doraville MARTA station. He delivered a great orientation to the features of my new Camry. I highly recommend John and Atlanta Toyota. Although I do not currently live in Atlanta, I know that I have a dealer and service center I can count on when I move back in several years. In the meantime, the outstanding service contract on my Camry can be utilized at any Toyota dealer nationwide. If you are tired of dealing with unprofessional, high pressure, disrespectful and less than honest car salespeople, then call John. Buying a car is a challenging endeavor, and he will do his best to make a fair deal and earn your business over the long term. More
In 2010 I bought a 2011 Camry from Atlanta Toyota. It was absolutely the most stress free car-buying experience I had ever had, until now! One day my husband receives a phone call from a salesmen named was absolutely the most stress free car-buying experience I had ever had, until now! One day my husband receives a phone call from a salesmen named Frank Mauka stating he is with Atlanta Toyota and asking if I would be interested in trading in my 2011 Camry for a new one. He said I could buy a 2012 Camry for the same monthly car payment I currently have and no money down. Of course my husband thought there was a catch but the salesman assured him the offer was legitimate. So, he calls me at work and tells me about the conversation and I’m thinking, now why would I want to do that, my car is still relatively new. Plus, I was thinking, this sounds too good to be true and you know what mom always said, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. However, I agreed to call the salesman when I got home from work and discuss it. To make a long story short, Frank Mauka was offering me a very good deal. Although my car was a 2011, I bought it in 2010 so it was really almost 2 years old. We drove it out of town often to visit family in Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, and Alabama so it had high mileage. So, I could trade in my 2011 with high mileage for a brand new 2012 with no money down, the best finance rate you could imagine (0%), and have the same monthly payments for a shorter term! Also, I would be getting Toyota Care again which is complimentary maintenance for 2 years or 25K miles with roadside assistance plus a better extended warranty, 100,000 miles vs 72,000 miles. Needless to say, I said yes!! The whole thing took about 3 hours. I got home from work around 6PM, talked to Frank on the phone, talked to the finance folks, arrived at the dealership around 7PM and was driving off in my new car around 9PM!!!! Susan Rios was the finance director and she is a sweetheart. We felt relaxed and comfortable, totally stress free in her hands. The bottom line, we ended up with a monthly payment that is $3 less than what we were paying before and for 2 years less than the loan on the 2011!!! I can truly say Atlanta Toyota is a place of honest, courteous, friendly people. They ‘bested’ themselves!!! I would highly recommend this dealership without any reservations.
