Rich was excellent! He was personable and professional. He definitely saved the day for me and the technician took care of my car! I will say that I thought I was gonna be taken care of with not having to pay again for the brakes, as that’s what I was told before I came in since I paid to get my brakes taken care of the first time and was told after my first multipoint inspection that everything was taken care of but somehow the back brakes were missed as having an issue and at that time only my front brakes were fixed. I didn’t rate this 5 stars only because of this part and because after speaking with the manager and deciding to come back and give it another try, when I walked in for this visit, no one seemed aware of who I was and that I had spoken with the manager, to come back and get my brakes taken care of at no charge this time. So not happy I took a tremendous hit financially having to pay another 300 dollars for my brakes (800 total because I took care of my tires while I was there) when after my first visit I paid for the front brake special 189.95 with 130 total showing on the side, FR Brake Pad(46.94), Brake,Stop/Sque(13.01) and got a free multipoint inspection that I was told would tell them if anything is wrong with my car, which came back with a slew of things wrong so I opted to take care of everything crucial at that time. Ended up paying 524.19 at that time for the other repairs to get it all knocked out even tho I only came in for an airbag recall. So you can understand how disappointed I was after paying that money and driving my car only about 3 days afterwards and still having brake issues. I waited for about 2 weeks after that thinking they are new brakes and it just needs to get worn in so I waited and realized it was getting worse so I called to get another appointment in December. Then I was told my back brakes needed to be cleaned and that it would cost more money. I didn’t want to take another blow financially and I was extremely disappointed asking them why the multipoint inspection didn’t catch this the first time. I could see if it was brake issues again after that happened maybe 4 to 6 months later. I’m reasonable and pretty understanding. But only a few days, made me feel like something was missed in the inspection. So I took a tremendous hit financially this time in April even more because I was also told my tires were at the point of almost bursting if I keep driving them in this condition. So the total came up to over 800 dollars this time which really impacted me greatly especially during this time of our pandemic. So I was disappointed about this part but... Once Rich got familiar with who I was, things started to turn around fast and he tried to help me understand in detail what happened with my brakes and the difference between front brakes and rear brakes. He even broke down discs versus drums and this man even drew it out on a paper and took his time to explain the problem that happened with my brakes and the difference between front brakes and rear brakes. I greatly appreciated his patience and relatability with trying to get me to understand exactly everything that was wrong and what happened. He even tried to print out the multi point inspection from November however it seemed to be a problem with the date on the paper still showing the date I came in this month.(April not November) I was asking to see with the multi point paper shows and according to what he showed me, the back brakes and the tires should have come up as a problem. Rich did explain to me in detail that they probably thought because my back brakes were in the yellow that I could get away with them for a little bit more time. He stood right there and took as much time as needed to explain to me what was going on and what was happening and what I’d have to pay and even gave me options. It was because of this I was won back over to come back to Atlanta Toyota. I will say this, before talking to Rich I passed an employee(looked like a tech) walking past me and looked at me with this look as if he did not like me, I spoke and he didn’t speak back and then passed me and proceeded to start talking on his phone. This alone was frustrating when I was already frustrated with the situation however the minute I started speaking with Rich about the situation, things started to turn around for me. As you can see it was a lot of twists and turns and I wanted to make sure all of this was noted so that the extreme impact Rich had to turn my perception around was noticed and evident that it was no small task and was extreme. Kudos to Rich and for the technician taking care of my car. This time it drives like brand new and not hearing anymore brake issues so far. My wallet took a big hit but I’m grateful for this getting taken care of. More

So this was my second time working with Winston Murray in purchasing a certified used vehicle and I must it was yet again smooth as it could possibly be.
