After reading reviews, seems like my experience is about the same. While the car that I was looking at was online and 2 states away, I guess my request to have a video of the car running was too much to ask the same. Never ended up buying a car from them as they sold the one I was inquiring about and was hung up on immediately when I said they didn't have anything else in the price range. 4.0 Google reviews is pretty good for a used car dealership but my experience showed me to buy local and skip the other back and fourth stuff...not worth it for them or the buyer in my opinion. dealership wanted 699$ in dealership fees and 228$ in tag/title. sales person could not provide records of service despite saying dealership fees were attributed to service on the vehicle. sales person c tag/title. sales person could not provide records of service despite saying dealership fees were attributed to service on the vehicle. sales person could not justify 228$ in tag/title when GA fees are 38$; sales person tried to associate fees to FedEx but this is simply not true as the DDS would mail me the title, not the dealership. take your money somewhere else, these guys will scam you and try to blame their lack of transparency on you.
