Worst place I have ever bought a car from. Temp tag is 7 days from expiration. Call for a week straight have been hung up on and cussed at. I am a 66yrd old disabled veteran and have never been ripped of by a dealership in my life.This made up for them all , from beginning to end I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was that stupid, fro ripped of by a dealership in my life.This made up for them all , from beginning to end I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was that stupid, from the time the car was delivered for mywifes Christmas present to now it has been a nightmare,When the car was finally delivered a week late and we first drove it the transmission was shot. After telling me on the phone everything worked just fine. When I finally got them on the phone they said they would not accept the car back and that I would have to get a transmission shop to fix it !! Then the transmission warranty was only for parts and not labor I pleaded for them to at least exchange it. Then weeks went by and a transmission was delivered with a price tag of over 3000.00 to replace. When I called the dealer he said my 30days were up and if I did not stop calling he would file a police report for harassment!! I cannot believe this car lot is in a fine place like Roswell Ga, this was a rip off from the start. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!! More

I purchased a car in October, I didn't have the car for 2 days, I had to return it due to mechanical issues. They kept it for two weeks and still wasn't fixed. I asked them to buy it back the manager told me NO " He couldn't do it". I waited until they offered to trade it for an other vehicle. I ended up losing money on the trade in. The trade in value was about $2500 less. I went to my local tag office last month and they told me that Atlanta Motors never started the process, so they gave me a temporary tag because the one I had was expiring. Here's the kick, the trade in was on October 17, we are in December right before Christmas, I still don't have a TAG. I was supposed to receive it in the mail a month ago. I made two payments on the vehicle and still don't have a tag. I can't even get in touch with them about my tag. So, do yourselves a favor find a reputable place to buy cars.They sell anything without mechanically checking cars and try to sell them for high prices. Oh yeah, I have the right dealership. Does this picture look familiar to yall? Your response is irrelevant. Yall should be focus on getting me the tag instead of saying yall didn't sell me a car. If I could rate zero stars, I would. I was there this morning just before they opened to look at a vehicle. I was approached in the parking lot by a nice man that asked how he could help I was there this morning just before they opened to look at a vehicle. I was approached in the parking lot by a nice man that asked how he could help me. I explained which model I was there to look at and he said come on in an we will get the keys. While he was away looking for the keys, I was approached by a younger man and asked what I was there to look at. I told him and he promptly asked me to step outside and wait because they were having a meeting. He then walked away and told the man that was helping me that he needed to come over to the table for the meeting and that he had "Told" me to wait outside until they were through. I am not sure how long this young man has been selling cars, but he has a multitude to learn about customer service...I turned and told them not to worry about it and proceeded to go to my car and roll on to the next of the 100 plus dealerships in the area. I am ready to buy, and his inadequate knowledge of customer service cost this dealer my business. I hope he owns it. If not, whomever the owner is needs to free him up for opportunities elsewhere and find someone that knows how to treat people with some respect. I don't care how many units you are selling, I guarantee, with the right person, you could be doing much better than you are with this chump. More

This dealership provided me with the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, hands down. I looked at their whole inventory of super duties and came home with the best one.
