If I could rate zero stars, I would. I was there this morning just before they opened to look at a vehicle. I was approached in the parking lot by a nice man that asked how he could help I was there this morning just before they opened to look at a vehicle. I was approached in the parking lot by a nice man that asked how he could help me. I explained which model I was there to look at and he said come on in an we will get the keys. While he was away looking for the keys, I was approached by a younger man and asked what I was there to look at. I told him and he promptly asked me to step outside and wait because they were having a meeting. He then walked away and told the man that was helping me that he needed to come over to the table for the meeting and that he had "Told" me to wait outside until they were through. I am not sure how long this young man has been selling cars, but he has a multitude to learn about customer service...I turned and told them not to worry about it and proceeded to go to my car and roll on to the next of the 100 plus dealerships in the area. I am ready to buy, and his inadequate knowledge of customer service cost this dealer my business. I hope he owns it. If not, whomever the owner is needs to free him up for opportunities elsewhere and find someone that knows how to treat people with some respect. I don't care how many units you are selling, I guarantee, with the right person, you could be doing much better than you are with this chump. More

Now that we had the vehicle inspected by the dealer, we were told the engine mounts are detached, rocker arm damaged, bushing is "completely destroyed" and strut is leaking fluid. Drove 2 hours to this junk yard of a dealership after being approved several days ago. The pictures are perfect but once you see in the car in person it’s a nightmare.
