Thank you for your feedback. We wanted to clarify a few details regarding your vehicle purchase. When the car was initially sold, there was a noise from the engine, which was disclosed to you. However, the engine was not faulty—it was running well, and there was no check engine light. About a month later, you returned after another shop recommended replacing the engine. At that point, the check engine light was on, but it was due to an EVAP leak, which we repaired. The engine itself did not require replacement as it was functioning properly. Since you are a repeat customer, we offered two options as a goodwill gesture: either a one-year warranty or a free engine replacement with a six-month warranty on the new engine. You chose the replacement, and we completed it at no cost to you. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we appreciate your business. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions.

It took 9 weeks to finally receive the vehicle back! In my opinion we should have at least received a loaner vehicle and definitely money back but it was like pulling teeth to get in touch with "the owner". We just received it last Friday, November 8th. It now is leaking gas! A phone call was placed by my husband and we have yet to hear back from anyone yet again. At this point I am just appalled at the lack of admittance on behalf of this motor company thinking they have done nothing wrong and I will not spend any more of my time trying to state the true facts of what happened in this situation!! The fact of the matter is that this vehicle was a LEMON and I should have gotten my money back. I will now instead continue to fight until this vehicle is properly working for my daughter to safely drive! If I have to I will post all correspondence including all text messages from this company! I will also include the 2 statements from both Speedee (who originally told me that there was something wrong with the engine and to bring it back) and Salvadore Jeep Dealership who also confirmed not only the engine problem but also a list of other things that need to be fixed and again should not have gotten a sticker with these problems!!! So I guess Athol Motors is saying both of these places are liars!
