Jeff Owen in service lied and cheated me. A service not requested was performed. Mr Owens promised to credit the amount which was approximately $250. After 3 requests and reminders, he finally A service not requested was performed. Mr Owens promised to credit the amount which was approximately $250. After 3 requests and reminders, he finally issued a credit of $40. I will never return there for service. More

First time I came in for service on my 5 month old car. I was already totally satisfied by the service Mark provided me when I purchased my new Ford in February. Athens Ford is almost too good to be true. M I was already totally satisfied by the service Mark provided me when I purchased my new Ford in February. Athens Ford is almost too good to be true. Mark made my buying experience hassle-free and honestly enjoyable. Kenny was my Finance guy. (That's the really scary part). Kenny made the finance side of buying my car a breeze. This past week I came in for service on my car. That experience was awesome as well. Jeff and Josh greeted me, and Tiffany was amazing. Seriously, I am saying this because it is so so true. Thanks Tiffany!! And Mark my awesome salesman came to visit with me while I waited for my car to be serviced. I will look forward to returning to Athens Ford in the near future!!! More

Only use Tiffany Scott as your service advisor Athens ford has my truck right now. Tiffany has kept me up to date and well informed since they have had the truck. Originally talked with Brendan, ca Athens ford has my truck right now. Tiffany has kept me up to date and well informed since they have had the truck. Originally talked with Brendan, called to confirm appointment and he never called me back. The other service advisor Jeff never calls anyone back. If you want something done you definitely need Tiffany on your side. She's the only reason I'm giving 5 stars. More

Focus ST I buy cars for a multiple criteria and my Focus ST meets all of them. I also keep a car until it just wont run anymore, my car becomes a family membe I buy cars for a multiple criteria and my Focus ST meets all of them. I also keep a car until it just wont run anymore, my car becomes a family member. So my service center is very, very important. I want to know they are treating my car with respect and that human touch. Athens Ford service center seems to care about both me and my car. They even wash my car before returning it to me. No service center provides the human touch as much as Athens Ford. Of course it doesn't help when they have a 2017 Shelby Mustang and Focus RS sitting right next to me in the waiting lounge.... More

Warranty and Wash My 2012 F250 required warranty repair. I contacted Tiffany and she took it right in. Had the truck repaired and back in two days.
