Price quoted on phone for 2012 Chevy Malibu was not honored when customer arrived at dealer. Further, trade-in as discussed on phone was completely ignored and dropped by 2/3, The vehicle was described honored when customer arrived at dealer. Further, trade-in as discussed on phone was completely ignored and dropped by 2/3, The vehicle was described in detail, dealer was given VIN, checked out the VIN and price was agreed. After customer drove 4 hours, kept stalled for an hour, the salesman presented an entirely different set of numbers for both the purchase vehicle and the trade. This is the worst kind of sleazy dealer tricks which have earned car salesman the vey low opinion buyers have. This wasn't a misunderstanding, or other possible legitimate reason - just plain lying. Avoid this place!!! More
