Extremely disappointed in the service and how we were treated by the service department. They were actually very rude. And we were told that if we wanted to take our vehicle somewhere else we lived in Am treated by the service department. They were actually very rude. And we were told that if we wanted to take our vehicle somewhere else we lived in America, which is a free country. We were also told by Brian that he had over 200 other customers to worry about so he acted like it was no big deal that we picked up our vehicle and no work had been done to it. It was there for one month and it was even worse whenWe picked it up. It was there two weeks this time and nothing was done to it. We receive no phone calls to let us know what was happening with it. So we just went ahead and picked it up. We called several times and receive no return calls. Hopefully, Varsity Ford is able to fix it. We will never return to Atchinsons for service or for new car purchases. And of course, you will not get any good reviews from us. More

I came from southern Ohio to purchase a car I had been searching all over for. I got in contact with Chris Rogers and he was extremely helpful over the phone and getting numbers worked up without ever hav searching all over for. When I came up to get the car, Matt Lemons was ready for me when I walked through the door. He made the process simple and got me on the road in my new car in no time! My sales person Matt was great! I wish the rest of the dealership was as honest. I came in with my offer from ford credit picked out my car then was told I was turned down by ford c I wish the rest of the dealership was as honest. I came in with my offer from ford credit picked out my car then was told I was turned down by ford credit and the best deal they could get for me was with Td auto credit at a higher rate. I know Mike the xxI guy took me to the bank where he could get the highest yield spread. Make the most money for him. I waited a day and realized I had a 9 year relationship with ford credit never late on my payments. I called ford credit was told my loan was never submitted. So I spoke with Matt he said that the boss Tarek was out of town but they would make it right long story short after almost 3weeks they offered to put rewards points on an account I never use I told him to keep it. I’m now meeting with my attorney Monday I have the test that says ford turned me down even though it was never submitted. I’m paying over 4000 more in finance charge I’m sure again I won’t get any where with the management so it’s time for lawyers and media. Thank you for listening More
