After issues with two other Honda dealerships service departments giving me a bunch of xx stories (I used to be in the industry but got out of it, that’s how I know it was xx) I decided to call Atamian H departments giving me a bunch of xx stories (I used to be in the industry but got out of it, that’s how I know it was xx) I decided to call Atamian Honda and asked for their service manager to see if I could get someone who wasn’t going to xx me. After speaking with Daryl I was more than amazed at the level of integrity and honesty he had especially after the last two Honda service managers had outright LIED to us. I honestly figured it was going to be more of the same. We brought our vehicle in for servicing and were given Ben as our contact person. He was amazing throughout the whole process even handling a problem with a part that came broken. It’s not often I leave reviews but I felt I had to let everyone know that if you are looking for a service department that is not gonna screw you over, Atamian Honda is where you want to go. My visit for routine service went as well as all my previous visits with my 2018 Ridgeline and my wife’s 2019 CVS-perfectly! Benjamin as usual, handled everything for me. The staff is very attuned to the customer needs, has great interaction, very respectful, very thorough, explain things well and answers all questions. The service being done is done as efficiently as possible even with a heavy load of customers. The gears of the entire team runs well lubricated and has a great company culture. Also, we are happy that this dealership now performs vehicle state inspections. It was an especially pleasure to interact with Benjamin and Marcus who were the frontline individuals that took care of me during my vehicle service and parts needs.
