After speaking to 3 dealers (including Atamian)and visited 1 dealer in NH on 9/4, we decided to come to Atamian in Tewksbury. My husband made several phone calls and spoke to Jennifer that day. When we arrived at Atamian, Gab approached us for the 2nd time. Earlier that day, my husband and his sister dropped by to look around and was greeted by Jay. Later that day, he brought me there and greeted by Gab. He asked us what we were looking for and my husband told him we're looking for 2008 and 2009 Honda Accord. Gab showed us the cars on the lot, but i did not like any of the colors out there. That was when we decided to leave and headed to NH. We didn't lik the deal in NH, so we came back to Atamian. As we pulled in, Gab came out to greet us again. He gave us an offer we couldn't resist and his customer service was great. I would stronly recommend him to friends and relatives. Many of the other dealerships I visited had prices that were much higher than those at Atamian and their service and sales consultants were often unfriendly and acted like big shots. Not exactly the experience you're looking for when deciding where to spend a lot of money. However, after giving up on local dealerships (and their futile attempts to "find" the car I desired), I decided to look out of state. I did some research online and called three dealers in Massachusetts and Atamian immediately stood out. When asking for a quick quote on a car, other dealers would need to check their pricing and would often call me back a day later -- if at all. Bill Goulette at Atamian not only delivered on the price but also kept me on the line for the 30 seconds it took him to run the numbers on a prospective lease. Furthermore, his price was much less per month than any other dealer ... on a car that was much more expensive than what I originally considered. I spoke with Mr. Goulette on a Friday. His price was so attractive that I visited the dealership the next afternoon to meet with him and one of Atamian's sales consultants, Anna Turchi. Ms. Turchi was also extremely helpful and we were in-and-out of there in no time. Everything was disclosed up front, there were no hidden fees, and everything was done with a smile. Everyone wants to find a dealership that is honest, and Atamian personifies that quality. And, as previously mentioned, they were not only honest but they also delivered on the price (the most important thing!) After signing the papers on Saturday afternoon, I returned the following Tuesday to pick up my new car. Ms. Turchi was very helpful once again and I was off the lot in under an hour (which included the time it took to turn in my old lease). No added costs, what Mr. Goulette quoted me just four days earlier was the final price with no undisclosed charges out of pocket. I would gladly drive the 1.5 hours each way again if I had to, as the service was fantastic. Three hours of drive time on two occasions is nothing compared to the great price, friendly service and complete absence of headaches. A big thank you to everyone at Atamian. Chris More

The price was better than any other dealer in the area and they answered all my questions up front. I have had trouble getting answers from other dealers about the actual financing rate I was getting but and they answered all my questions up front. The other difference I noticed is that the sales person focused his attention on my wife because she was the primary driver of the car. I have been to many dealers who will talk to the man and ignore the woman. I was very pleased that they took the time to make sure that she had all her questions and concerns answered. My overall experience was a good one and I would recommend this dealer to anyone else who wants to buy a new car. More

It was by far one of the easiest and quickest negotiating processes we've ever experienced in purchasing a new vehicle. We were only looking and had no intentions that day to purchase, but John made it work and we seized the moment. Our son purchased a vehicle about 8 years ago at Atamian Volkswagon and was very happy with the dealership; it's nice to see that somethings don't change because we left very happy and look forward to dealing with them in the future. The salesman was the most knowledgable sales person on the car I have every dealt with. He spent as much time with us as we required. the best dealership in the area....got there at 10am driving my new car home at 1pm...i will reccommend to all my friends...there sales staff is the best!!!! We chose to go with Atamian Honda as they were the only dealer (out of 6 dealers contacted) that would give us a reasonable quote online. When we came in we met with Matt Macdonald who was very friendly, polite, and found us the car we wanted. At no time were we stuck in that "holding pattern" you often find when the salesman runs off to talk to some unknown manager. Matt and Bill kept everything running smoothly and quickly. They took care of getting our registration and plates and when we picked up the car they took the time to walk us through every feature to make sure we understood. We would purchase another car from Atamian again. More
