Funny Story...I entered the Honda dealership asking directions to a Toyata Dealership up the road, and Johnny Pudlo greeted me right away and offered to help. I went to Atamian Honda looking to lease a small SVU. We were introduced to John who was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Once we had decided to look over some numbers, John led us into the dealership and offered us comfortable seats and refreshments. The numbers were extremely reasonable and once again John advised us without any pressure. I should also mention there were several other employees that assisted us in the entire transaction (Jimmie and John) who were also professional and pleasant. Overall my experience there was positive and I look forward to purchasing another car there soon. More

My experience with this dealer unfortunately was not a good one. Their quality of service was the main issue. I purchases a 2006 ridgeline and had to bring it back 2-3 times in the first week for various good one. Their quality of service was the main issue. The part the bothered me was the items I brought it in for were checked as 'passed' on the certification report. The other thing is I had to ask for a copy of the report. I have since learned they are supposed to provide that to you BEFORE you purchase the vehicle. The 2nd or 3rd time I brought in the vehicle the fix they performed wasn't correct (as they didn't test it) and I had to turn around and bring it back again. I started to question the fact if the vehicle truly passed inspection. I opened a service ticket with Honda corporate who asked me to get intouch w/ the service manager at Atamian. After multiple calls, he never once returned my call back. Based on this experience I have learned 1. Get a copy of the inspection report BEFORE You buy. 2. Verify as much as you can before purchase the vehicle that it was actually inspected. 3. Avoid this dealership. I have talked to others who have had similar issues w/ this dealer and it is unfortunate. They have lost any future business from me and my family. On a positive note, the sales team was nice, but I wouldn't expect anything less otherwise they wouldn't be making sales. The real problem I had with this place ended with the service manager just never returning my calls. That is very unprofessional and I would expect more from a Honda dealership. Update 7/27/2009: After posting a review here I was immediately contacted by the dealership in a friendly manner to try to work through this issue. I feel that they really did make an effort to right this wrong and am happy for that. I wish none of this happened in the first place, but it was nice to see the dealer make the effort to make things right. More

I made contact with the dealership via email and within 30 min received quote for the best price they could offer on a vehicle I was interested in. My wife and I were given a vehicle for a test drive on our own and we were able to openly discuss all the pros and cons with no pressure. The dealership employees were very cooperative and courteous throughout all stages of purchase. We never felt rushed or pushed into making any decisions. All the paperwork was done very quickly and we drove away in our new CRV 2 hours after we walked through the doors of the dealership. More

I had a hard time finding the car I wanted but Edwin was so helpful and really cared. The customer Service at Atamian was an awesome experience for me. I wasn't really looking to buy a new car, was thinking about it for a long time but just went in to look around and wanted to see the Honda for me. I got to look around at the vehicles without being bothered by anybody. Very friendly atmosphere. Everybody commented on my Bruins shirt that I had on. I talked to Kevin in great lengths about the bruins. Everybody was very friendly! I always thought it would take forever to get the paperwork done and everything but I was in and out of there with my new car within 4 hrs! That is great! When i got my other vehicle it took alot longer then that and there was no financing involed in that. Overall experience it was an awesome experience and if i am ever in the need for another car i will go back to Atamian. I will also recommend others to go there.
