The sales and finance staff were incredibly professional, positive, and very enjoyable to work with. It was the best car buying experience I have had yet. While there are other Honda dealerships closer to my house, I would drive out of my way again to have the pleasant interactions and excellent service provided by Shane Battle, Bill Goulette and Jimmie Pritts at Atamian Honda. Shane Battle was the best salesperson I have interacted with and would highly recommend him to my friends, family, and colleagues. I love the car and can honestly say I enjoyed the whole purchase experience. More
Our salesman, Chris Oake, was extremely easy to work with - he was respectful, patient and very informative. Received an internet discount from Bill Goulette, who was very courteous on the phone. Went into the dealership to buy the car on 9/23 and asked for Bill. So we showed Randy our Internet Special. I was prepared to put down a deposit and return with the balance to pick up the car. I expected a check for my totaled vehicle within the week, or would have to get the balance from a CD. Randy said if we don't put down the whole amount 'today' the deal was off. He brushed us off rudely with a 'see ya later handshake' and "I can't be bothered with you' attitude. He said even if I came back the next day the car might be gone. My husband became upset at Randy's attitude and wanted to walk out. I still wanted to buy the car (what I came in for). Randy then said I could finance it 'today'. Not what I wanted to do, but I asked what fees would be for me to do that and then prepay within the week. He said no prepay fees, but would not let me know what the other fees would be. I was only considering financing for his benefit, so was upset that he could not let me know what the costs would be to me. My husband wanted to walk, but I came in to buy a car and wanted to finalize. Randy drove a wedge between us. Really uncomfortable, non-yielding, and 'my way or the highway' attitude. Very tiring for me recovering from a head-on collision. So we walked. Later that day, we started the process over with other dealerships. We made the same deal with Herb Chambers that afternoon for the same car. They gladly took our deposit, got the registration and title taken care of, and we picked up our new car the next day. AND they were such a pleasure to do business with. They knew we wanted to buy that car, and they helped us make the deal. No hoops to jump through or rude behavior or pressuring tactics. More

Several other dealerships gave barely-under-MSRP quotes or responded with things like “Come on down for our Labor Day BBQ sale!” instead of providing availability and price, so this helped set Atamian apart. When we went in, our sales person, Jimmie, was great about showing us features and walking us around the lot to see first-hand what the different exterior/interior color options looked like. (They had the exact colors in stock that they said they did, which made this much easier.) Also, this may seem like an odd thing to mention, but I really liked their test drive route; it had a good mix of highway driving, local roads, smooth roads, and bumps. At one point, after some professional negotiating on both sides, it seemed like there might be a problem with how our whole price/trade/financing deal was going to go together. We thought it might not work out and were ready to go to another dealership (which we didn’t really want to). But then Bill stepped in, fully resolved this, and basically saved the sale. The finance person, Joe, finished things quickly and professionally (worked quickly without rushing us, let us know about the add-on options without being pushy, and explained all the documents). Overall, a great place to do business. More

Shane was great. Very friendly and not overbearing. I dread buying new cars because I hate to haggle over price. I tol him that I won't do it. The 3 employees that I worked with were great. They made my experience really easy and the entire process went by pretty smoothly. Bought a 2010 Pilot from him at the end of July. He was highly professional and went out of his way. My husband contacted Bill Goulette via e-mail about a price we had received from another dealer & asked if he could meet or beat it. We set up an appointment & came in. Bill met us first, showed us the available inventory & we took one of the cars for a test drive (at this time we were turned over to Edwin Marte). We liked the car, they matched the price stated, no haggling, no added extras. It was the same with the finance man. He didn't try to push us into added warrenties or security systems as other dealers have done in the past. He knew it was a 3 year lease and realized it was in our best interest not to be sold items we didn't need on a leased vehicle. It was a very refreshing experience based on my leasing experiences of the past and I would lease another car from this dealership. Edwin was an excellent, well informed salesperson. He made sure the car was ready for us, went over all the new features - skipped the features I already knew about as I was a current Honda driver and delighted us with his wonderful personality. More
I spoke with Bill Goulette originally to set up a new lease and he did all the preliminary work on getting the numbers to where it made sense for me to do the deal and then he introduced me to Shane Batt lease and he did all the preliminary work on getting the numbers to where it made sense for me to do the deal and then he introduced me to Shane Battle who was my salesman and Shane did a great job, he had me in a new accord in less than 6 hours from start to finish.
