Worst experience ever! My husband brought his pickup in for some work and also brought in a new set of wheels and tires he wanted put on. He went to pick up the truck and his tires and wheels were "missing for some work and also brought in a new set of wheels and tires he wanted put on. He went to pick up the truck and his tires and wheels were "missing".. they didn't seem to care that much and told us they'd file a police report and get back with us. Now they are trying to say its our fault! How ridiculous is that! We brought them there for a purpose and the lady in service assured my husband they would keep his truck inside at night. They never return our phone calls, lie about trying to help us out. Ted the service manager was unprofessional and basically told us to kick rocks. Ill never bring another vehicle there if this is how they treat customers and I will go out of my way to let everyone know what a terrible experience we had. More
