Where do I begin??? I bought a used car and within a 2 weeks my transmission went out. Took the car back and they kept it for a month. Ok...they told me they replaced a part and everything was fine. Come weeks my transmission went out. Took the car back and they kept it for a month. Ok...they told me they replaced a part and everything was fine. Come to find out a few month later when the transmission went out AGAIN!!...they NEVER replaced the part and just did a transmission flush! I only know this because when I called to find out about warranty information, I didn't have a warranty because no part was ever replaced! AND...when I called, the salesman I dealt with called me a "crazy bitch" when he set the phone down to look something up for me. When I bought the car it had 70000 miles on it. Then come to find out... the motor had been replaced with an engine with almost 200000 miles on it. I was NEVER told this information. I have had to throw more money into this car than its worth! And it seems every time I fix something, something else goes wrong. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ASTRO FORD!!! They will rip you off!!! More
