Another Great Car From a Great Dealer I bought a new Lincoln MKC about two years ago, thinking it would likely be the last car for me. Well, being a tech nut, the new MKX just kept crawlin I bought a new Lincoln MKC about two years ago, thinking it would likely be the last car for me. Well, being a tech nut, the new MKX just kept crawling around in my head. Even though I had no complaints with my MKC, I bought a new MKX with all the goodies. I am having the driving time of my life. It is a truly amazing vehicle, purchased from a truly amazing dealer. Jacob Reynolds was so very helpful to me in getting the car I wanted and Sharla McCormick, who was my sales person on the MKC, was always there with a big smile and a warm welcome. During my two years of doing business with Asheville Ford and Lincoln, I have had all positive experiences and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good American made quality from a quality dealer. Great Service We took our auto in for The Works package. The staff that checked us in and out was very pleasant and professional. Time not important to these folks I called and scheduled an appointment for service. The next day they called to confirm my appointment for the next morning. The lady then said that he I called and scheduled an appointment for service. The next day they called to confirm my appointment for the next morning. The lady then said that her manager has seen my explorer and was interested in it and wanted to know if I was interested in trading it. I told her no and that the manager had never seen my explorer before because it had never been on there propery. (She told a fib to try to get me to trade) The next morning I had my explorer there on time and said I would be back that after noon after work to get it. The air bag light was staying on on it. And I needed an inspection. I went back 8 hours later and they hadn't even touched my vehicle they said they would have it ready the next day or 2.. After I explained my not likening how long it was taking after I had an appointment I left. A few hours later they called to say nothing was wrong with it and they reset the light. I went the next day to pick up and they had charged $100 to hook a computer to it. Autozone does for free.. Then I went to get tag and my car had not been inspected. I had paid $30 for this service. No way would I recommend them to anyone. I paid the bill $130 but I will never go back. More

Crooks Repair bill had $25 added for "environmental disposal fee". No oil change was done, nor tire disposal. Service guy didn't couldn't answer why, then claimed "mistake". Couldn't have been more blatantly obvious what they were doing. Cashier tried to get me to sign without looking at bill. Beware of this place. They also did a repair I didn't ask for, without calling to ask me. More
