I explained I really wanted the cooled seats and a had a certain monthly payment in mind. He checked his inventory and asked "Have you ever thought about a Lincoln?" He explained that the SUV had every feature I was looking for and he had one on the lot for me to try. I drove over and fell in love. My husband was out of town on business, but the dealer let me take care of all of the paperwork. I drove home with my new vehicle that day.
