I had an emergency engine issue with my F250 while on a family trip en route to Charlotte. Even with a full garage at 4pm on a Monday, the team at Asheville Ford was willing to take us in and they got us back on the road in about an hour. They saved our trip and were incredibly kind to work with throughout the process, even though we were unexpected and they were beyond busy. Prompt, Friendly Service! I had an appointment for service for a recurring problem. But, my truck couldn't wait so I ended up having it towed to the dealership. They worked me in the next day, diagnosis and repairs made promptly, and I was on my way be mid afternoon.
