Great, friendly service! Was looking to upgrade my F250 that I had bought from them a few years ago. I checked their inventory and most trucks based on price I had thought was Was looking to upgrade my F250 that I had bought from them a few years ago. I checked their inventory and most trucks based on price I had thought was outside my budget so I checked several other dealers trying to find a F250 I could afford. In the meantime I had been emailing Kelly to let her know to keep me in mind if something came up. I was from out of state and could not just pop in and she went out of her way to keep me updated on their current inventory. After several failed attempts at other dealers Kelly called to apologize about a missed opportunity at their dealership. She let me know they did have a truck that she was not sure they could make work but wanted me to come by and at least try. I just so happen was close by at another dealership looking at a cheaper truck than the one Kelly was proposing. That dealer would not come close to my pricing needs and did not want to work with us at all. He gave me a number, I said that was too high and he basically says have a nice day and calls the sales guy in to take us out. We left and went straight to Asheville Ford to actually tell Kelly I don’t think they could make the numbers work either because their truck was 2 grand more expensive than the previous dealer. We met Jason and he was absolutely outstanding. He worked with us and listened to our needs and before I knew it they had the price with my trade within 20 dollars of what my current payment. I bought my first F250 from them and now bought my second. I should have just went on there and saved myself a lot of heartache from other unwilling and unhelpful dealers. More

Roof leak on transit repaired and continues to leak I brought my ford transit to Asheville Ford in January 2017. They replaced the antenna assembly and indicated on the invoice "no further leaks detect I brought my ford transit to Asheville Ford in January 2017. They replaced the antenna assembly and indicated on the invoice "no further leaks detected at this time" on the roof. In May, during heavy rains, I noticed the roof leaking in the same area as before. I brought the vehicle back to Asheville Ford and was told that I would need to pay for further repairs. This seems unfair as I paid 229.00 for the first repair and was told the problem was fixed. Margaret DAvis More
How to lose a loyal customer Rude, because the new car purchased, only 5-days old, less than 100 miles when purchased, and the new car requires major work ALREADY! No recalls. Wow but what takes the cake is that we are told we are basically stuck with the car, warranty covers the repairs but we have no other options. Would you buy a brand new car that needs major repairs at the MSRP (price)? We were given no options to trade, renegotiate, no empathy (one employee in particular) and this same employee (Josh) denied any options we may have in reference to our concerns and thus indicated he WAS the manager when asked to speak to his supervisor. Simply rude and a not so pleasant experience for us new car buyers. The sales person we had was pretty awesome all around. He provided excellent customer service. I hope this review about management does not affect his job because Ford could use more people like him (Thanks Charlie P.). More
