I spoke with people via messages on your website and on the phone. They were cordial and helpful, so I came to Asheville Ford and am very happy with the service I got. Sean, the salesman was very helpful and made what I was expecting to be dreadful , into a pleasurable experience. When paperwork was being done he was giving us information and instructions on the car, he did not walk away and leave us sitting there alone. When we were done and ready to go he was very thorough on going through everything about the car with us. Good Job Sean. Brian and Chloe were very nice to work with. I had informed them I had a trade in, my loan paperwork ready and that I wanted to be in and out in two hours. I was out in two and a half. Not bad. Everything went smoothly from getting the paperwork ready to signing off on documents. They went over the vehicle and answered any questions. Great overall experience. Would go back and recommend.
