Met us at the door when we got there, pulled the vehicle up to the door for us, We had a trade so they took it to evaluate it. That probably took 25 minutes. We were satisfied with the amount for our trade so we started the paperwork to purchase. Everything was very smooth and the finance people were great. There were no issues and we left with the new vehicle that afternoon. The whole process took about 3 hours. More

He was informative in any part of the process we needed him to be, Brian Newman in financing was also just as helpful through the buying process and paperwork. I would easily recommend these guys and this dealership to others! More

Recall service I took my car to Asheville Ford for a recall repair. They did that very well and , in checking over the car, noted the condition of the tires, which h I took my car to Asheville Ford for a recall repair. They did that very well and , in checking over the car, noted the condition of the tires, which had 45000 miles on ten. I elected to get the tires changed at the same time they were doing the other service. Great all around care saving me time and money More

Terrible experience I was in there looking at a used 2017 Mazda 6. They had signs hanging in all the windows of the SARS stating the price of the vehicles. This one in pa I was in there looking at a used 2017 Mazda 6. They had signs hanging in all the windows of the SARS stating the price of the vehicles. This one in particular said that the price had been dropped from $24000 to $20000. So we drove the car and spent three and a half hours at the location. Then we decided to start talking numbers. They came back with the paper with pricing broken down and I noticed the cost of the car was listed at $26000. I mentioned that the sign said something else. We went and looked and then the sales rep took it to his boss. He came back and told me that they could not honor the price they listed in the window. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me they weren't going to do anything about it. He said he would take $500 off. That's it. So here I am spending my day off trying to buy a car. I had it set in my mind that the cost of the car is $20,000. Then they came back with $26,000 The manager did not care how upset I was and did nothing to keep me in the store to help out. He basically said they weren't changing the price and if we didn't buy it then someone else would. He did not care about anything. He just shrugged his shoulders and moved on. More
