My experience with Asheville Ford I purchased a car from Asheville Fordonline before the sale, Iwas assured that the car was in top-notch condition with no defects upon receiving the car. I immediately noti Asheville Fordonline before the sale, Iwas assured that the car was in top-notch condition with no defects upon receiving the car. I immediately noticed several issues and problems with it. The convertible top did not operate. One of the seatbelts did not retract and there were cracks in the leather seats. None of those issues were disclosed before the sale. I immediately contacted my salesman Bobby, who in turn contacted his manager, Mark Hans. I spoke to Mr. hands who was very rude and told me that I have already signed the paperwork and it is ‘your car now,deal with it’ and offered no remedy for the undisclosed defects. Ive been driving a ford for over 20 years, in the past the only thing I dreaded was the buying experience and the maintenance dept. Im pleased to say that i had my last truck serviced here last year and h the only thing I dreaded was the buying experience and the maintenance dept. Im pleased to say that i had my last truck serviced here last year and had a very good experience. That was the reason I came back to find and buy a new F150 here. The entire staff in the sales area were just as good as the service dept. I was able to get the vehicle i wanted at a price that was good for these days of everything costing more than the should.
