When I first visited, I was told there were no 2025 Mavericks available and couldn’t even test drive a 2024 — the salesperson said, “No one would let you drive a car you wouldn’t buy.” Thankfully, the receptionist helped connect me with Bobby, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He arranged a test drive, and I placed a preorder that same day solely because of his support. After the sale, I learned that the extended service contract I signed was not Ford-backed as I had assumed — it was a third-party plan called SecureNet Premier Plus Wrap, administered by GS Administrators, a company with poor customer reviews. Worse, I later found out Ford offers a nearly identical plan for about half the price. I requested a cancellation on May 7 and returned the signed form that day — well within the 30-day window. I only ever received the first page of the contract, and when I called the dealership for the full agreement, I was passed around with no response. Katie was the one person who helped — she looped in the right contacts, and I appreciated her professionalism. Despite having the signed cancellation form in hand, I’ve received no confirmation that it’s been submitted. Losson, who handled the process, told me he “took the cancellation upstairs,” yet says he hasn’t spoken to the controller directly. That kind of delay — for something that should require a brief conversation — doesn’t inspire confidence. I’ve also spent hours trying to call GS Administrators with no luck, and have filed a formal complaint with the North Carolina Department of Justice’s Motor Vehicle Consumer Protection Division. One additional concern for future buyers: very early in the process, I was asked to sign an arbitration agreement, which means I had to waive my right to take legal action in court over any future disputes. That struck me as highly unusual, especially since it was requested before I had even agreed to finance or purchase the truck. These kinds of legal shields should give buyers pause. Bobby and Katie were both helpful, and I appreciate their professionalism. But the dealership’s lack of transparency, unwillingness to resolve basic paperwork, and legal positioning behind forced arbitration reflect an organization that doesn’t appear to prioritize accountability — especially after the sale. The demonstration went well, and a few days later, when I wanted to purchase another vehicle, no one returned none of my many calls. The communication and customer service were terrible! I will say that the receptionists and the service department were very kind and helpful. The sales department could certainly learn from them! More

Well, organized, flexible, and attentive to my needs. They did a good job of listening to what I wanted and made no attempt at upselling me on things I did not want. They did a good job of listening to what I wanted and made no attempt at upselling me on things I did not want. More
