He thanked me and politely parted offering his assistance if I had any questions. After looking for about five minutes, I did have a question and approached Terry. He politely answered and we progressed from there.to the point he offered to allow me to take a truck to Mars Hill and return in the morning. My wife and I returned about 9:30 AM and began the agonizing process of paper work. As I explained to John, our first house in Texas had only four pages - God only knows how much paper work it took to buy the truck, but everyone was polite and patient, Left the dealership at 1:30 PM hungry. He told us instead of us being in the cold to step inside so I can tell him what I am looking for, and he would see if they had something to match my interest. He took my information quickly and found me a truck that I love and my kids love too. He actually told my kids features of the truck that they might like too. This means a lot when having kids its a family purchase not just mine. He got the whole family involved. He was kind, and patient. The next day when he called me to tell me I was approved I was ecstatic. I brought my kids in with me and he greeted each one.
