A few minutes after speaking with him, I advised him how apprehensive I was regarding the entire buying process and he assured me that he will make this as easy as possible and advised me he would be with me during the entire process, not to worry. I was made to feel right at home the from the minute I met Terry all the way thru to the finance department. He thanked me and politely parted offering his assistance if I had any questions. After looking for about five minutes, I did have a question and approached Terry. He politely answered and we progressed from there.to the point he offered to allow me to take a truck to Mars Hill and return in the morning. My wife and I returned about 9:30 AM and began the agonizing process of paper work. As I explained to John, our first house in Texas had only four pages - God only knows how much paper work it took to buy the truck, but everyone was polite and patient, Left the dealership at 1:30 PM hungry.
