Buying a Chevy? See Tony Valentine! Tony Valentine has been my family's go to guy for years and will be ALWAYS be the one I buy Chevys from!! He listens and you feel like he really cares Tony Valentine has been my family's go to guy for years and will be ALWAYS be the one I buy Chevys from!! He listens and you feel like he really cares about getting you matched with the right car. There were a couple of times I was getting overwhelmed with option choices and before I could ask, Tony had the emotional intelligence to see that need more explanation and, like a friend, went over and made sure I FULLY understood to what I was agreeing. When he was showing me my car on the day I picked it up, he graciously made sure EVERY question I had was FULLY answered. And when I had questions a few days later, he was right there, patiently answering ALL the detailed questions I had. AND...!!!! I had said I wanted a trailer hitch as a must have. Tony and Terry Seltzer took the time to explore why and found a work around (I wanted a bike rack - not hauling anything and they came up with a perfect solution!). So bottom line - I can't praise them enough!!! More

Streamline, streamlined, streamlined!! Drove over two hours to get to this dealership to look at a GMC Canyon. Met Terry a few minutes after entering the dealer and speaking with the Intern Drove over two hours to get to this dealership to look at a GMC Canyon. Met Terry a few minutes after entering the dealer and speaking with the Internet Sales Manager, Kimberly. Terry was courteous, helpful and easy to talk to. A few minutes after speaking with him, I advised him how apprehensive I was regarding the entire buying process and he assured me that he will make this as easy as possible and advised me he would be with me during the entire process, not to worry. I was made to feel right at home the from the minute I met Terry all the way thru to the finance department. The entire process was simply amazing and will be recommending Terry and Asheville Chevrolet to many others here in Charlotte. Kudos to the team at Asheville Chevy! More

Tony Valentine was thorough and sensitive We did not come to the dealership intending to buy a new car.
