My wife and I are in the market for a new travel trailer, so we had an obvious need for a new truck. I was visiting a client near the dealership and just stopped by on a whim to check out a certain model Si so we had an obvious need for a new truck. When I first started walking around I was on the phone with another client, and Eric kept his distance until I was clearly done with that call. That told me a lot about how the experience was going to go. He gave me some time after I ended that call to browse and after his approach was extremely friendly. He let me take a look at the truck, gave me the information I requested and was never pushy throughout the time I spent there. I made it clear that my wife didn't even know I was there so it could be a very preliminary step. We exchanged contact info and once the conversation took off, he handled everything from there. By some miracle, my wife was actually on board and by that evening, I showed up to my truck clean and ready to go. Eric took care of it all. Being one, I can attest that at times Salespeople get a bad rap. Eric is a shining example of how a focus on service and the client's needs sells itself. He knows how it's done and I would highly recommend him to looking to buy something new from Chevrolet. More
