Logan and Jeff were awesome to work with. They offered the best deal with fair prices and trade in amount. I liked that the dealership was clean and tidy. I was surprised at how smooth my experience was from stopping by just to see what they had in stock to buying a new 2021 Tahoe a few days later. I appreciated the effort and kindness that was put into my experience. Everyone was really great. I have already sent some folks to visit to look for a new car, even my mom. Jeff was so nice to have some cars pulled around front for her to test drive while I was there to pick my car up at the dealership. The only thing that was negative for me was the meeting with the finance guy. I did not feel like he was very friendly toward me that day. Other than that I would definitely do business with Asheville Chevrolet. Thank you all. I appreciate you. Be blessed. More

Mark Hansen & Jeff Brewster....a great team. Thanks to Tony and everyone else that we met during our time at Asheville Chevrolet. After a breakdown with our 2014 pickup we were towed in to the dealership just before 6:pm on Friday. The folks that we time at Asheville Chevrolet. After a breakdown with our 2014 pickup we were towed in to the dealership just before 6:pm on Friday. The folks that we met in the service department were very nice and helpful. The truck couldn't be worked on until Monday but they told us that we could stay in our camper in the parking lot. On Saturday Morning first thing we walked out front to look at the new trucks and Tony asked if he could help us. We told him that we were interested in trading and he helped us out. Tony was so kind and pleasant to deal with. I am 69 years old and this was the best experience I have ever had by far purchasing a vehicle. The whole time we felt that Tony cared for us and our situation. I came away knowing that Tony and Asheville Chevrolet is the the most honest and caring dealership that I have ever dealt with. When I stopped by, I was only going to take a peak at a few cars while trying to decide whether or not to trade. Matt was prompt to assist with answering questions and a test drive.
