A truly great experience. My mom, sis, niece, and I all have Chevy cars now. We have one cruise, 2 trax, and a trailblazer. Tony is an awesome person. I purchased a 2022 Tahoe from Asheville Chevrolet this past weekend. I live two hours away and did the entire deal over the phone. Mark Hansen was my main point of contact during the process. Jim Garrod spoke with me over the phone and was very helpful in picking the best terms and rates. The vehicle was in transit and not on the lot when I decided to buy it. Given the delays with many goods, the vehicle was not delivered when we expected it. This was not the fault of Asheville Chevrolet and something we understood given the time we are in. I will say that Mark checked in with me weekly and sometimes daily to let me know when a delivery date had changed, and the minute the vehicle was on his lot, he let me know so we could take delivery. Zachary Mize was very helpful when we arrived and moved quickly to get us a trade value for our old car and into the new car. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Asheville Chevrolet and Mark's team. Thanks again for the professional service your team provided. We love our new Tahoe! More
