The salesperson insisted that the only way where they'd offer a better price is if I came in-person (social distancing measures thrown out the door for those of you concerned for your health). I again retorted that I was willing to make a decision, sign the paperwork over the phone and that I did not feel comfortable coming in-person. The salesperson was least interested in selling car without my presence in-person even though I was more than willing to negotiate and sign the paperwork electronically! What a daft approach to social distancing and sales. I'd recommend health minded folks interested in Honda avoid this dealership. More

BRAKES I took my Honda to get brakes last week and had to take it back because the brakes go all the way to the floor. When asked why the advertised price wasnt valid, response was "...things are added after delivery. Everyone does it. Not friendly, totally not concerned." Salesman stood chatting with other employees forever, holding my keys, while he was supposed to be valuing my CRV for trade. My husband eventually just went & asked for his keys. The Salesman handed them to him, & no one said a word. Really?? We were ready to buy today at advertised price. More
